Any who knows me and has had discussions about art or creativity, probably knows that I am infinitely more interested in the process than the product. (Missy suggests this is ass-backwards for someone in school for journalism, but fuck it. Never claimed to not at times be a walking contradiction.)
Most times I would rather look at where someone works, or know what they were thinking throughout their process than to really even care or comment on the final product. Doesn’t matter of it’s a painter, writer, filmmaker, whatever.
Wooster Collective frequently runs posts showing artist’s workspaces, and the peek behind the curtain is fascinating to me. For a peek, look: here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here or here.
